If you live in Denmark, your order will as a standard be delivered by GLS to an address of your preference. One delivery attempt will be made. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the order may be redeemed at the nearest PostDanmark pick-up point. You will be notified of the pick-up point by PostDanmark in its delivery slip.
If you live outside Denmark, your order will be delivered via UPS to your home address.
If you are not available at delivery and you live in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Spain or Italy, the order may be redeemed at the nearest UPS pick-up point. You will be notified of the pick-up point by UPS in its delivery slip.
If you live outside the countries mentioned above, UPS will make 3 delivery attempts. If you fail to receive your order on any of these attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. Contact information for UPS will be included in the delivery slip, and you may contact UPS directly to agree the delivery time of any redelivery attempt.
Orders will be delivered Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
All deliveries must be signed for at receipt, except if another option is provided by the courier.
If the order is delivered to a pick-up point, the courier will keep the parcel for 10 calendar days before re-turning it to us as undelivered.
If your order consists of several items we reserve the right to split the delivery. This can happen if certain items are delayed at the time of ordering. In the event of split delivery, you will receive tracking for each parcel. You will not be charged for any additional delivery costs.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your SAND Copenhagen order. As such, we offer an easy exchange and return service, which for customers within the EU is free of charge.
HOW TO EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days upon receipt of the purchase and we will arrange a swift exchange without you having to place a second purchase for returning the purchase originally received please follow the ‘HOW TO RETURN ‘ guide below.
HOW TO RETURN
Should you wish to return your order, please do so within 14 days by following these steps:
ARRANGE THE RETURN YOURSELF
You have the option to arrange a return shipment yourself through any postal courier within 14 days. In this case you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
Please make sure to complete the return form at the bottom of the delivery note enclosed with your purchase and enclose it with your products enabling us to process your refund correctly.
The moment we receive your returned package we will arrange your refund (excluding original shipping cost) and a notification e-mail will be sent to you. We aim to process a refund within 72 hours of receiving your parcel, or of receiving evidence of you having sent back the parcel. After you have received the e-mail, please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you have. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. In the event that we are unable to refund your credit card, we will contact you to arrange an alternate means of refunding your order.
